A tribe member asked if we wanted to meet the next morning for an early meditation? The location sold us completely, right next to an ancient temple by a beautiful waterfall, & we all felt a full body yes. We gathered in nature, meditated in silence, chanted & played music, connected & shared our hearts ready for a new & beautiful day ahead.
