Waterfall Swim

We climbed down into the canyon, where the water is so loud you stop trying to talk. We swam, we jumped, we stood under the falls until we came up laughing, and for a while nobody thought about the goodbye at all.

Chapter three. We parked the bikes and walked down into Bangkiang Jaran, the hidden canyon just outside Bakbakan, where the river cuts through the rock and the waterfall lands in a green pool.
