My name is Line. I am the creator of Mindful Running and co-founder of ALL ONE. Movement and sport have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in elite sport, where I learned the power of discipline, performance and pushing beyond what I thought I was capable of. But later in life, I felt a strong need to pause and ask myself a different question: What is here if I am not here to perform? While travelling on my own, I began creating more space to slow down, reflect and listen inwardly. During one of my runs, the idea emerged to bring intention, reflection and running together. That became the beginning of Mindful Running. Today, I see how performance and presence can coexist - and the value in making space for both. I believe there is growth in challenging ourselves, just as there is growth in slowing down and listening. I’m curious about what changes when the way we move through life comes from a place of care and love for ourselves rather than a need to prove that we are enough. That curiosity is what I bring into the spaces I hold. You can expect warmth, openness and a space where there is no right way to experience what comes up. I’ll invite you to be curious, to notice, to reflect, to connect - and sometimes to challenge yourself. Through Mindful Running, we run together, but not for pace. The run becomes a space to explore what is happening within us and around us: in our bodies, our minds, our surroundings and our connection with each other. My hope is that you leave not only having moved your body, but having experienced something within yourself - perhaps a new perspective, a question, a feeling, or simply a moment of deeper connection. Sometimes we run to push our limits. Sometimes we run to meet ourselves. There is space for both.
