My name is Sophie Claire. I am a woman, lover of Love and of the human experience in all its forms. Through my own journey of disconnection, addiction and numbness, I rediscovered in my body the most truthful and devoted companion. My approach is experiential: through guided experiences of movement, conscious touch and relational exploration, I invite a state of presence where we are able to meet ourselves, one another and life itself with an open, receptive heart. By listening to the subtle language of the body, we observe: where do we contract, soften, resist or surrender? We begin to recognize how habits, resistance and protection shape the way we relate. My medicine, rooted in self-responsibility and integrity, lies in creating containers - for both individual and collective exploration - where the body feels safe enough to contact its wholeness - to inhabit different shapes and expressions, to allow opposite qualities to coexist and move within, and to voice its needs and desires. By being witnessed and held in our fuller expression, we can experience new levels of trust and safety, creating embodied reference points that can gradually become an inner compass for how we move through our relationships and everyday lives
