The idea is simple: • A 15-minute morning practice • A daily reflection prompt • A community to share it with The shift: From feeling disconnected, and living from outside in - to feeling grounded, energized and rooted from within. How it works? We begin and end the journey together gathering online. The days in between are yours: To show up for yourself, your practice and your journey. You will receive: A guided practice, a workbook for your journey, a community to share it with, and an intentional space set aside for yourself each day for the next week. The community: Doing the journey we will share reflections and experiences in the chat with each other - to hold ourselves and each other accountable, as well as witness and be witnessed in community as we are in it together. Start date: Sunday, August 16th (10pm CEST // 4pm WITA) with a live zoom call to kick off the challenge. End date: Sunday, August 23rd (10pm CEST // 4pm WITA) with a live zoom call for integration. Daily Routine: Same practice everyday with a new journaling prompt sent in the WhatsApp group the evening before or access through your workbook. Accountability: Share your progress with the community by writing “Day 1 done. ❤️‍🔥” in the WhatsApp group to build discipline and routine. Respectful space: If you aren’t able to complete daily tasks, please exit the group to maintain the collective energy. Join the WhatsApp group ‘7-day challenge’ through the link below. You are welcome to bring your journal/paper & pen. We’re looking so much forward to a beautiful journey of growth & connection with you! Clara & Gaia
