For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply sensitive to energies, emotions, & the unspoken layers beneath what we show the world. I feel what moves in people, the places where life flows freely, & the places where it has learned to contract, protect, or hide. My own journey has taken me through layers of self-exploration, healing, devotion, & letting go. In moments when it was difficult to hear my own heartbeat, I created a sacred space where I could meet myself vulnerably & honestly - & in the stillness, begin to hear its silent prayers. Through breath, ceremony, stillness & embodied practices, I’ve learned that true healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about allowing all parts of ourselves to be fully seen, & remembering the way home to who we already are. I hold space in a way that is intuitive, grounded, & deeply human. Not to teach or fix but to create a field where your body can remember its own wisdom. My approach weaves together breathwork, energy awareness, presence, & silence. I work with the nervous system, the emotional body, the parts of the mind that keeps us small & reconnects to the heart’s inner truth. My work is rooted in presence, truth, & remembrance. I believe the body knows, that stillness is medicine & that wholeness isn’t something we reach, it’s something we start to remember. At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to offer a space where you can slow down, soften, & meet yourself honestly, gently, & without performance. A space where nothing needs to be forced, but where depth is welcomed & where connection begins within. This is a space for you who feel ready to slow down, listen, & come back into relationship with yourself, your heart & inner wisdom. And perhaps that is where everything begins, in the heartbeat of Mother Gaia, living within each of us. Welcome to the heartbeat of our earth.
