Meet the founders

We created The Rooted Tribe as a missing piece in our own lives.

We met each other through community, spent most of our lives in communities, shared countless moments connecting with people around the world, and somehow still felt like we were missing our tribe. Especially when we went out traveling, lived abroad, and once again uprooted our homes and lives.

So we decided to build what we were missing, by starting with ourselves.

We began hosting spontaneous gatherings in Bali, opening our home and our hearts to the people we met and connected with. People who shared the same purpose as us, who desired to contribute and build meaningful communities, where we could meet as equals, sharing our hearts.

We co-created several gatherings, where we came together, sharing food, music, presence and growth. Spaces where we poured into ourselves, each other and our collective dream of building something that connects us all across cultures and borders.

Before we knew it, we were building one tribe, sharing the same mission: growing together.

The roots have only grown deeper since. As we expanded the community, new branches started taking form, inviting in collaborating partners and brands that share the same mission of building conscious communities that nurture not only us, but the earth.

This tribe is for people wanting to take part in something that goes beyond themselves, to access a space where they can grow and connect with aligned, heart-driven brands and souls.

If you have been searching for your tribe, know that here you are no longer alone. We are here to welcome you into a global network, with online and physical gatherings, workshops and events, where, hand in hand, we walk each other back home.

As we are many different beings with different gifts and ways to contribute, there are different ways to take part in the tribe too. You can become a member, a collaborator, a sponsor or a spaceholder. Here there is space for everyone wanting to be part of something beyond themselves.
