SAMA CLUBHOUSE x THE ROOTED TRIBE Together with The Rooted Tribe, we've created a four hour experience centered around movement, nourishment and connection. We'll begin with a Deep Sculpt Pilates class before sharing a nourishing breakfast together.

Afterwards, we'll gather for a guided cacao ceremony by Gaia & Clara with Camilles Cacao Love, ending the experience with a moment of reflection and connection. Cacao is the medicine of our hearts, reconnecting us to our inner wisdom and opening us to more life. During the ceremony, we'll move through meditation, visualization, intention setting and gentle sharing, creating space to pause the noise and listen to our inner voice in the presence of cacao. Here, all of you is welcome. Whether you come on your own or with a friend, you'll be welcomed into a warm and inclusive space where movement and meaningful connection go hand in hand.
